How to Enjoy
Our mead is similar to a dry white wine. Brooklyn Buzz is best enjoyed chilled, with pasta, fish or cheese. Of course, Brooklyn Buzz is delicious by itself.
Each bottle has a 13% alcohol content, similar to most wines. It takes more than a pound of honey to make each bottle of mead which is about 2.6 million stops of a bee to a flower!
